Topinambur Distilling Set
Everything you need to process your topinambur, mashing and fermenting.
The quantities are sufficient to 100 litres mash, the ph-sticks for many years.
The set includes:
- Special- EnzymeTopizym®, liquidiser and starch-to-suggar converter (amylase) to ensure acid-protection, 20 ml sufficient to 100 kg topinambur,
- a dosing syringe for enzymes,
- 100 ph-sticks, ph 1.7 - 3.8, not bleeding (no contamination of mash) to determine acid of mash,
- Biogen-M, 500 ml, to set ph to 3.0, sufficient to 100 litres mash,
- stil-yeast- "Topyferm®" special distilling dry selected yeast for topinambur. 20 g, sufficient to 100 to 125 litres mash.
